**Get Out of Crime Ltd. Associates Program Policies**

These Associates Program Policies ("Program Policies") form an integral part of the Get Out of Crime Ltd. Associates Program Operating Agreement. Capitalized terms used herein but not defined have the meanings ascribed to them in the Operating Agreement. Please read and adhere to these policies carefully to ensure a successful and compliant participation in the Get Out of Crime Associates Program.

**1. Associates Program - Commission Income Statement**

The Commission Income Statement outlines the sales and commission rates for each specific product category within the EU region. Affiliates will earn commission based on qualifying purchases made through their referral links. The Commission Income Statement may be subject to updates from time to time, and affiliates will be notified of any changes.

**2. Associates Program - Participation Requirements**

To participate in the Get Out of Crime Associates Program, affiliates must meet the following requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction.
- Operate a compliant website, blog, social media platform, or other approved content medium.
- Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical practices in their promotional activities.
- Refrain from engaging in misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.
- Ensure that their promotional content aligns with the safety and crime prevention focus of Get Out of Crime Ltd.

**3. Associates Program - Products Statement**

The Products Statement outlines the types of safety and crime prevention products and services offered by Get Out of Crime Ltd. Affiliates are encouraged to promote these products responsibly and accurately, focusing on their benefits and efficacy in enhancing personal safety and crime prevention.

**4. Associates Program - Mobile Application Policy**

Affiliates may promote the Get Out of Crime mobile application, subject to compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing mobile application promotions. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any form of spam or intrusive marketing techniques related to the mobile application.

**5. Associates Program - Trademark Guidelines**

Affiliates are permitted to use Get Out of Crime Ltd.'s trademarks and logos solely for the purpose of promoting the Get Out of Crime Associates Program. Proper usage of trademarks must comply with the Trademark Guidelines to ensure consistent and appropriate branding.

**6. Associates Program - IP License**

By participating in the Get Out of Crime Associates Program, affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to use the intellectual property provided by Get Out of Crime Ltd. solely for promotional purposes. Affiliates must adhere to the terms of the IP License at all times.

**7. DE Associate Program Comparison Shopping Engine Requirements**

For affiliates participating in the Get Out of Crime Associates Program in Germany, specific requirements regarding comparison shopping engines apply. Affiliates must follow the DE Associate Program Comparison Shopping Engine Requirements to promote Get Out of Crime products through these platforms.

**Termination and Violations**

Any violation of the Program Policies, including the Participation Requirements, IP License Policy, will be considered a material breach of the Associates Program Operating Agreement. Get Out of Crime Ltd. reserves the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for non-compliance with the Program Policies.

The rights and obligations of the parties under relevant sections of the Operating Agreement will survive the termination of the agreement.

**Get Out of Crime Ltd. Associates Program Commission Income Statement**

**1. Qualifying Purchases and Qualifying Revenue:**

We will pay Standard Commission Income to affiliates for "Qualifying Purchases," which occur when the following conditions are met:

(a) **Special Link on your Site:**
- A customer clicks through a Special Link on your Site to the Get Out of Crime website.
- During a single session, which starts when a customer clicks through the Special Link and ends upon the first occurrence of the following:
- 24 hours elapse from that click,
- The customer places an order for a Product (excluding Digital Products), or
- The customer clicks through a Special Link to an Get Out Of Crime Site that is not your Special Link (a "Session").

Any of the following actions must also occur for the purchase to qualify:
- The customer purchases a Product via our 1-Click feature.
- The customer purchases a Product by adding it to their shopping cart and completes the order no later than 89 days after the initial click-through of the Special Link.
- With respect to Digital Products, the customer purchases such a Product by streaming or downloading it from a Get Out Of Crime Site, and the Product is shipped to, streamed, or downloaded by, and paid for by the customer.

**2. Disqualified Purchases:**

Certain purchases are disqualified and excluded from the Associates Program, including the following:

(a) Any Product purchased after termination of your Agreement.
(b) Any Product order where a cancellation, return, or refund has been initiated.
(c) Any Product purchased through Prohibited Paid Search Placements, such as advertisements on keywords or identifiers containing "Get out of crime," "Stay out," or variations/misspellings of these terms.
(d) Any Product purchased by a customer referred to a Get Out Of Crime Site via a Search Engine.
(e) Any Product purchased by a customer referred to a Get Out Of Crime Site via a Redirecting Link.
(f) Any Product purchased by a customer who does not comply with the terms and conditions of a Get Out Of Crime Site.
(g) Any Product purchase not correctly tracked or reported due to improper formatting of links.
(h) Any Product purchased through a Special Link in a Mobile Application that was not an Approved Mobile Application or where the Special Link in an Approved Mobile Application was not served by PA API or other linking tools provided by us.
(i) Any Product subject to a Bounty Event.
(j) Any Product purchased as a subscription unless otherwise provided in the Agreement.
(k) Any pre-release or pre-order Product that is not available on a Product listing page.

**3. Standard Commission Income:**

Subject to the limitations described in this Commission Income Statement and compliance with the Agreement, we will pay you Standard Commission Income as a percentage of Qualifying Revenue. The specific rates for Standard Commission Income can be found in the Appendix to this Commission Income Statement.

**Appendix: Standard Commission Income**

**Note:**
- The Commission Rates provided above are subject to change, and affiliates will be notified of any updates.
- Affiliates must comply with all Program Policies, including the Commission Income Statement, to receive Standard Commission Income for Qualifying Purchases.

**Get Out of Crime Ltd. Associates Program Participation Requirements**

1. **Enrollment and Eligibility:**
- To join the Get Out of Crime Associates Program, you must submit a complete and accurate application.
- Your website(s) must contain original content and be publicly available through the provided website address in the application.
- Unsuitable Sites that promote or contain sexually explicit or obscene materials, violence, false, deceptive, libelous or defamatory materials, hateful, harassing, harmful, invasive of privacy, abusive, or discriminatory content, illegal activities, or violate intellectual property rights are not eligible for the Associates Program.

2. **Site Responsibility:**
- As an Associate, you are solely responsible for your website's technical operation, content, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You must display Special Links and Program Content in compliance with the Agreement and disclose relevant information, such as the use of cookies, in a privacy policy.
- All links to Gooc (Get Out Of Crime) must include your assigned Associates ID and must not be placed on Get Out Of Crime or promote your Special Links on Gooc.

3. **Promotional Limitations:**
- Associates are not allowed to engage in promotional, marketing, or advertising activities that are not expressly permitted under the Agreement.
- You cannot use any Get Out Of Crime trademark, logo, or Program Content in offline marketing, spam emails, or any misleading manner.
- Special Links must be accessed directly from your site, and you cannot encourage customers to bookmark them.

4. **Distribution of Special Links Through Software and Devices:**
- You must not use any client-side software application or television set-top box to display Special Links unless it is an Approved Mobile Application.
- Preventing Gooc from crawling or monitoring your site may affect the functionality of certain types of links.

5. **Content on Your Site:**
- Program Content must not be modified except for resizing images or truncating text.
- You must not sell, resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer any Program Content or create links formatted with your Associates tag for sites not approved by Amazon.
- Any Program Content that is no longer available on Gooc must be promptly removed from your site.

6. **Links on Your Site:**
- Special Links must be displayed accurately and with proper formatting for referral tracking.
- You may not create any confusion about the relationship between Gooc ltd and your site.
- Special Links cannot be used in pop-up or pop-under windows or in any content that promotes Gooc ltd or a Gooc ltd Site.

7. **Other Requirements:**
- You must not engage in fraudulent activities, intercept traffic, or artificially generate clicks or impressions.
- No consideration or incentives should be offered to users for using Special Links, and you must not use any account information from Gooc ltd Site customers.
- Special Links cannot be used to make purchases for resale or commercial use.

8. **Certification and Compliance:**
- Upon request, you must provide written certification of compliance with the Agreement.
- Your site must not have price tracking or price alerting functionality unless agreed by Gooc ltd.

9. **Excluded Products:**
- You cannot use Program Content to advertise or promote products offered by other retailers or on sites that are not Gooc Sites.

10. **Compliance and Termination:**
- Get Out of Crime Ltd. reserves the right to determine suitability and may reject applications or terminate accounts for violation or abuse at their sole discretion.
- You may reapply after complying with suitability requirements if your application was rejected for unsuitable content.

Please note that these Participation Requirements are subject to change, and Associates are responsible for staying up-to-date with any updates to the Program Policies.

**Get Out of Crime Ltd. DE Associates Program Comparison Shopping Engine Requirements**

1. **Method of Obtaining Program Content:**
- Get Out of Crime Ltd. may require you, through email notification, to obtain Program Content using a method different from your current approach. For instance, you may be asked to call PA API to acquire certain Program Content instead of using Data Feeds.

2. **Frequency of Updating Program Content:**
- Despite the provisions of paragraph 2(h) of the License, Get Out of Crime Ltd. may require you, through email notification, to update Program Content on your Site more frequently than your current practice. For example, you may be required to refresh Program Content at specific intervals throughout the day or in real-time by calling PA API each time a page with Product details is served to a user on your Site.

3. **Display of Shipping Cost:**
- Whenever you display the price of a Product, you must clearly indicate the shipping cost associated with that Product as provided by Get Out of Crime Ltd. If you require assistance in obtaining shipping costs from the Data Feeds, please contact Customer Service.

4. **Display of Price Change Notice:**
- You must explicitly notify the user, in close proximity to the price of any Product displayed, that the price of that Product may have increased since the last update of pricing information from Get Out of Crime Ltd.

5. **Display of Time and Date of Content Update:**
- In addition to the requirements of paragraph 2(i) of the License, it is recommended that you include a clear statement, near each listing of any Product on your Site, specifying the time and date when the Content related to that Product was last updated by you.

6. **Display of Disclaimer:**
- You must prominently include on each page of your Site either a disclaimer or a link to a disclaimer containing at least statements substantially equivalent to the following:
1. The price shown may have increased since the time of the last update.
2. The actual price of the product on the seller's site at the time of purchase will govern the sale.
3. It is not technically possible for the prices displayed above to be updated in real-time.

7. **Additional Requirements and Directions:**
- You are required to follow and promptly implement any additional requirements or directions that Get Out of Crime Ltd. may issue through email notification under these comparison shopping engine requirements. Such requirements and directions will be considered part of the Agreement from 7 days following the date of notification. If you object to any such direction or requirement, you must notify Get Out of Crime Ltd. in writing within 7 days of receiving the notification. If you provide such notice, your participation in the Program and your license under the Agreement will automatically terminate on the 7th day after receiving the direction or requirement.

8. **Suspension:**
- In addition to any other rights Get Out of Crime Ltd. may have, they may suspend your participation in the Program and your right to use, access, or receive Program Content (under the License or the Agreement) for up to 21 days if they reasonably believe that your Site is not compliant with applicable law or may expose them to the possibility of injunctive relief and/or damages of any kind, without penalty or cost to Get Out of Crime Ltd.

**Get Out of Crime Influencer Program Policy**

The Get Out of Crime Influencer Program ("Influencer Program") is designed to enable eligible Associates ("Influencers") to earn commission income by acting as a social media presence facilitating customer purchases as part of the program. The Influencer Program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the Agreement, including the following Influencer Program Policy:

**1. Registration Information; Influencer Page:**
(a) **Registration Information:** To participate as an Influencer, you must complete all required information during the registration process, which includes granting access to data regarding your social media presences.

(b) **Influencer Page:** The Influencer Program may include an Influencer Page registered through Get Out of Crime and assigned to you. When customers click through to your Influencer Page using Special Links, the related session will be measured as beginning. The Influencer Page is considered a "Service Offering" for all purposes under the Agreement. Any content you submit as part of the Influencer Program ("Influencer Content") must adhere to Section 1 of the Participation Requirements.

(c) **Marketing:** Specifically related to the Influencer Program, you are allowed to include Special Links to your Influencer Page in emails, provided that such emails comply with the Agreement, the Trademark Guidelines. If requested, you must provide Get Out of Crime with representative sample materials and written certification of compliance. Failure to provide the certification when requested will be considered a material breach of this Influencer Program Policy. You are considered the "Sender" of each email containing any Special Links for the purposes of applicable marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991, the Dutch Social Media Code, and similar legislation). You must also comply with applicable laws and marketing industry standards for all emails related to the Influencer Program. Get Out of Crime reserves the right to revoke offline marketing permissions granted in this section with written notice.

**2. Onsite Use:**
(a) **Discretion in Use; Removal Right:** Get Out of Crime has the sole discretion to use Influencer Content, subject to the terms of the license described in Section 3(b) of this Influencer Program Policy. Get Out of Crime reserves the right to reject, remove, suspend, or restore any or all of the Influencer Content at any time.

(b) **Compensation:** Influencer will earn commission income ("Onsite Commission Income") for Influencer Content used by Get Out of Crime within the Get Out of Crime website, as further detailed in Associates Central. To be eligible for Onsite Commission Income, you must be registered as an Influencer for the Get Out of Crime website with a dedicated Store ID.

**3. Reservation of Rights; Use of Influencer Marks; Indemnification:**
(a) **Reservation of Rights:** Get Out of Crime reserves all rights, title, and interest in and to the Influencer Page, Influencer Page URL, information, materials on the Influencer Page, and any other aspect of the Get Out of Crime website. Influencers do not acquire any ownership interest or rights in or to the Influencer Page. Get Out of Crime may determine the content, appearance, functionality, URL, and all other aspects of the Influencer Page and Get Out of Crime website, including advertising materials on the Influencer Page, without compensating Influencer. Get Out of Crime may also disclose Influencer's participation in the Influencer Program.

(b) **Influencer Marks License:** By accepting this Influencer Program Policy, you grant Get Out of Crime a non-exclusive, worldwide, fully paid-up, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, excerpt, reformat, distribute, transmit, and display your name, photo, logo, and other trademarks ("Influencer Marks") and materials provided to Get Out of Crime in connection with the Influencer Program, including linkage to your public profile on Get Out of Crime. Get Out of Crime will not alter Influencer Marks provided by Influencer, except for reformatting or resizing while maintaining the relative presentation of the Influencer Marks.

(c) **Influencer Content and Site:** Influencer acknowledges that Influencer Content submitted will be subject to the Conditions of Use on the relevant Get Out of Crime website relating to posting content or submitting material. Influencer Content and the Influencer's Site must comply with applicable laws, including the US FTC Guides Concerning Use of Endorsement and Testimonials in Advertising. If Influencer has any other material connection or compensation from any other manufacturer, distributor, brand, or third party in connection with any Influencer Content, Influencer must also comply with applicable laws, including those described in the FTC Endorsement Guides (e.g., using the text "#Ad" or "#Sponsored").

(d) **Indemnification:** Get Out of Crime will have no liability for any matter related to the creation, maintenance, or operation of the Influencer Page and Influencer Content. Influencer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Get Out of Crime, its affiliates, and licensors, and their respective employees, officers, directors, and representatives harmless from all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) related to any Influencer Content.

**4. Termination:**
Get Out Of Crime ltd may suspend or terminate an Influencer's participation in the Influencer Program, and the Influencer may terminate such participation, immediately by notice provided in accordance with the termination provisions of the Agreement. The rights set forth in Section 3 of this Influencer Program Policy, including all rights related to the use of Influencer Marks and other materials provided, continue after the termination of Influencer's participation in the Influencer Program. Get Out of Crime will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove any Influencer Marks from the Influencer Page following termination.

**Get Out of Crime Associates Program IP License**

This License governs your use of Program Content in connection with your participation in the Get Out of Crime Associates Program ("Associates Program").

By accepting the Agreement or by accessing or using the Program Content, including the proprietary application programming interfaces and other tools collectively known as the "PA API" that allow access and use of Product Advertising Content, you agree to be bound by this License.

**1. Limited License to Program Content:**

Subject to the terms of the Agreement and strictly for the purposes of participating in the Associates Program in full compliance with the Agreement (including this License and other Program Policies), we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

(a) Copy and display Program Content solely on your Site.

(b) Use only the Get Out Of Crime Marks (as defined in the Trademark Guidelines) we provide as part of the Program Content, solely on your Site and in accordance with the Trademark Guidelines.

(c) Access and use the PA API, Data Feeds, and Product Advertising Content solely in accordance with the Specifications and this License.

You will use Program Content solely in accordance with the terms of the Agreement and within the express scope of the license granted herein. You will not link any Program Content to, or in conjunction with any Program Content, direct traffic to any page of a site other than a Get Out of Crime Site. You will link each use of the Program Content solely to the related Product detail page or other relevant page of a Get Out of Crime Site and not to any other page.

PA API or Data Feeds may allow you to access data, images, text, and other information and content related to products offered on one or more affiliate sites. If you use PA API or Data Feeds to access or use any such data, images, text, or other information or content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms of the applicable license agreement for PA API or Data Feeds (or equivalent service) providing Product Advertising Content from such affiliate sites.

The License will automatically terminate if you fail to timely comply with any obligation under the Program Documents, or upon termination of the Agreement. We may also terminate the License in whole or in part upon written notice to you. In such cases, you must promptly stop using the Program Content (including PA API and Data Feeds) and remove all Program Content and Gooc Marks from your Site as we may request from time to time.

**2. PA API Usage Requirements:**

(a) **Description:** Under this License, we may make available to you Program Content, including:

- Data, images, audio, video, logos, user interface designs, and other creative designs.

- Textual materials, such as textual Product information.

We may also provide sample source code and libraries for use in connection with PA API under separate licenses. Specifications related to the proper use of PA API will also be made available to you ("Specifications"). "Product Advertising Content" excludes sample source code or libraries provided under separate licenses and any data, images, text, or other information or content relating to products offered on any site other than a Get Out of Crime Site.

(b) **Obtaining Product Advertising Content:** You may obtain Product Advertising Content by making calls to PA API. If we provide prior written approval, you may also obtain Product Advertising Content through a Data Feed that we make available via file transfer protocol. You acknowledge that we may change, deprecate, or republish PA API or Data Feeds, or any features of PA API or Data Feeds, at any time and from time to time, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of PA API or Data Feeds is compatible with the then-current requirements (including this License and all Program Policies).

You must use both a unique public key/private key pair ("Account Identifier") and an Associates tag parameter to identify your account and make calls to PA API. You may obtain your Account Identifiers through the PA API account creation process.

If you obtain Product Advertising Content through a Data Feed, you must use a unique username/password combination to access the Data Feeds ("Data Feed Access ID"). You must obtain your Data Feed Access ID as part of the Data Feeds approval process.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account Identifiers and/or Data Feed Access ID, regardless of whether those activities are undertaken by you or any other person or entity. You may not use any Associates tag parameter, Account Identifier, or Data Feed Access ID assigned to anyone other than you or that we did not specifically assign to you.

(c) **Usage Requirements:** By using PA API, accessing Data Feeds, or using Product Advertising Content, you agree to comply with the following requirements:

i. Use Product Advertising Content only to send end users and sales to a Get Out of Crime Site for the principal purpose of advertising and marketing and driving sales of products and services on a Get Out of Crime Site.

ii. Comply with all pages, schedules, policies, guidelines, Specifications, and other documents and materials referenced in this License and the Program Policies.

iii. Link each use of Product Advertising Content solely to the relevant page of a Get Out of Crime Site and not to any other page.

(d) **Mobile Device Usage:** Without our express prior written approval, you may not use any Product Advertising Content on or in connection with any site or application designed or intended for use with a mobile phone or other handheld device, except for certain exceptions as defined in the Mobile Application Policy.

(e) **Aggregation and Repurposing:** Without our express prior written approval, you may not access or use PA API or Data Feeds for the purpose of aggregating, analyzing, extracting, or repurposing any Product Advertising Content or in connection with any software or other application intended for use by persons or entities that offer products on a Get Out of Crime Site.

(f) **Prohibited Activities:** You will not interfere or attempt to interfere with the functionality or proper working of PA API, compile or use Product Advertising Content for direct marketing, spamming, unsolicited contacting of sellers or customers, or other advertising activities, or remove, obscure, alter, or make invisible, illegible, or indecipherable any notice appearing on or within PA API, Data Feeds, Product Advertising Content, or Specifications.

(g) **Reverse Engineering:** You will not modify, alter, tamper with, repair, or otherwise create derivative works of Specifications or any software included in Product Advertising Content

**Get Out of Crime Associates Program Trademark Guidelines**

These Trademark Guidelines apply to the use of the marks made available to you as part of Program Content ("Get Out of Crime Marks" or "Marks"). Strict compliance with these Guidelines is required at all times, and any use of the Get Out of Crime Marks in violation of these Guidelines will automatically terminate any license related to your use of the Get Out of Crime Marks.

**1. Authorized Use:**
You are allowed to use the Get Out of Crime Marks only by displaying them on your Site with the sole purpose of advertising the availability of products on the Get Out of Crime Site, along with a corresponding Special Link to that Site.

**2. Compliance:**
Your use of the Get Out of Crime Marks must (i) comply with the most up-to-date version of these Guidelines; and (ii) comply with all Program Documents as defined in the Commission Income Statement.

**3. Limited Purpose Usage:**
You may use the Get Out of Crime Marks solely for the purpose specifically authorized under the Program Documents. You may not use or display the Marks in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Get Out of Crime Ltd. The Marks should not be used in a way that disparages Get Out of Crime Ltd, its products, or services. Additionally, the usage of the Marks should not, at the discretion of Get Out of Crime Ltd, diminish or otherwise damage the goodwill associated with the Get Out of Crime Marks. The Get Out of Crime Marks should not be used in offline material or email, such as printed materials, mailings, SMS, MMS, attachments to emails, documents, or oral solicitations.

**4. No Alterations:**
You may not alter any Get Out of Crime Mark in any manner. This includes but is not limited to changing the proportion, color, or font of any Get Out of Crime Mark, or adding or removing any elements from any Get Out of Crime Mark.

**5. Proper Placement:**
Each Get Out of Crime Mark must appear by itself, in its entirety, with reasonable spacing between each side of the Mark and other visual, graphic, or textual elements. Under no circumstances can any Get Out of Crime Mark be placed on any background that interferes with the readability or display of that Mark.

**6. Ownership and Exclusive Property:**
All rights to the Get Out of Crime Marks are the exclusive property of Get Out of Crime Ltd, and all goodwill generated through your use of any Get Out of Crime Mark will inure to the exclusive benefit of Get Out of Crime Ltd. You will not take any action that conflicts with the rights of Get Out of Crime Ltd in, or ownership of, any Get Out of Crime Mark.

**7. Third-Party Seller or Vendor Logos:**
You cannot display or otherwise use any logo of any third-party seller or vendor on a Get Out of Crime Site in connection with any Special Link unless you have obtained specific written authorization to do so from that seller or vendor.

**8. No Confusingly Similar Marks:**
You cannot use or apply to register any trademark that is confusingly similar to any Get Out of Crime Mark in any jurisdiction. Additionally, you cannot use or apply to register any trademark, domain name, subdomain, username, or app name that is confusingly similar to any Get Out of Crime Mark in any jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Trademark Guidelines and the approved Get Out of Crime Marks at any time and in our sole discretion by posting a change notice or revised Trademark Guidelines or approved Get Out of Crime Marks on the Associates Site.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action against any use without permission or any use that does not conform to these Guidelines at any time and in our sole discretion.

**Get Out of Crime Associates Program Mobile Application Policy**

If your Site includes a software application designed and intended for use on mobile phones, tablets, or other handheld devices (a "Mobile Application"), your Mobile Application must adhere to the following guidelines:

**1. App Store Availability:**
(a) Your Mobile Application must be available in either the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or Amazon Appstore. It should be easily accessible to users from these authorized platforms.

**2. Free Access:**
(b) Your Mobile Application must be free to download and install. Users should not be required to pay any fee to access or download the application. Additionally, all Gooc links within the Mobile Application must be accessible without any payment.

**3. Original Content:**
(c) Your Mobile Application must have original content. It should not be a copy or duplicate of existing applications, and it must provide unique value to users.

**4. No Emulation of Get Out Of Crime App Functionality:**
(d) Your Mobile Application must not emulate or replicate the functionality of Gooc's own app or any other Gooc-owned application. It should offer distinct features and functionalities that set it apart from Gooc's official apps.

**5. No Hosting or Rendering of Amazon Web Pages in WebViews:**
(e) Your Mobile Application must not host or render Gooc web pages within WebViews. All interactions with Gooc web pages should take place within the official Gooc app or website, not within your Mobile Application.

We will carefully evaluate your Mobile Application to ensure it complies with these guidelines. After our evaluation, we will notify you of its acceptance or rejection. A Mobile Application that meets all the requirements will be considered an "Approved Mobile Application" for the Get Out of Crime Associates Program.

Please note that failure to comply with these Mobile Application Policy guidelines may result in rejection or termination of your participation in the Get Out of Crime Associates Program. Additionally, we reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, and it is your responsibility to ensure that your Mobile Application continues to meet the policy requirements after acceptance into the program.

**Get Out of Crime Associates Program Products Statement**

1. **Products:**
Under the Get Out of Crime Associates Program, a "Product" refers to any physical or digital item that is sold on a Gooc Site. This includes a wide range of products available for purchase through the platform.

2. **Services:**
Under the Get Out of Crime Associates Program, a "service" refers to any physical or digital service that is provided on a Gooc Site. This includes a wide range of services available for purchase through the platform.

3. **Excluded Products:**
Certain items and services are excluded from the Products that are included in the Get Out of Crime Associates Program. These "Excluded Products" are as follows:

(a) Any product or service sold on a site linked to from a Gooc Site. For instance, products or services listed through the "Product Ads" program or sold on a site linked to from a banner ad, sponsored link, or any other link displayed on an Gooc Site.

(b) Any alcoholic beverage if you advertise the SE Gooc Site, or if it is advertised on your Site and you are a United States business holding a license to manufacture, wholesale, or distribute any alcoholic beverages, or if your Site operates on behalf of such a business.

(d) Herbal smoking products if you advertise the BE Gooc Site.

(e) Fossil fuels if you advertise the FR Gooc Site.

(f) Any product or service that has been specifically excluded by a third-party seller or vendor. If a product or service is excluded, you will receive an alert when attempting to link to it using the tools provided in Associates Central.

Please note that the Excluded Products listed above are subject to change, and it is essential to stay updated with the most current guidelines provided by the Get Out of Crime Associates Program. Any promotion or inclusion of Excluded Products may lead to violations of the program's terms and conditions, which could result in the termination of your participation in the program.
